This article introduces the variety,theory and application of fruit and vegetable's fresh-preserving film packing. Using the plastic film,we can provide fruit and vegetable a mini-enviroment with high humidity, low oxygen and high carbon oxygen,so,greatly improve the fresh-preserving effect.
