摘要 乳腺癌是妇科疾病中发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,从糖复合物糖链变化的角度来探讨乳腺癌的发病机制是当前疾病糖组学研究的热点。该文综述近年来乳腺细胞癌变过程中细胞膜及细胞外基质中糖蛋白、糖脂、蛋白聚糖等糖复合物的糖链变化情况,并对研究中存在的问题进行了探讨。 Breast cancer has the highest incidence of gynecologi- cal tumors. Investigating into pathogenesis of breast cancer resuiting from the change of glycoconjugate glycan has become the hotspot in disease glycomics. The diversified situation of glyco-conjugate glycan and its association with breast cancer are reviewed and some issues are also discussed.
