摘要
钻头头部结构的合理性关系到钻头的性能好坏，因此将钻头头部的传统四翼对称结构改进成三翼整体结构。端面为一双斜面中心大平面的鼓面状结构。文中对Ｃ型潜孔柱齿钻头头部的端面形状、排渣空间、柱齿形状及分布等问题加以阐述。
The rationality of a bit top structure concerns the bit performance.There-fore,the traditional four edge symmetry structure has been changed to a three edge salidstructure which has a bigger centre plane face and double surrounding inclined faces,thatis,the drum shape structure.This paper describes the top structute of Mode C down-the-hole butten bit,including the top shape,fragments blowdown space,butten shape and but-ton distribution,etc.
