摘要
根据潜孔钻头用钢18CrNi3MoA技术要求,并针对钢种特性分析,通过控制冶炼过程钢水纯净度,加热过程的高温均质化处理,控温控锻的锻造变形方法,以及合理的热处理工艺,生产的18CrNi3MoA圆棒具有纯净度高、晶粒均匀细小、带状偏析轻、机械性能良好等优点,满足用户的使用要求。
According to the technical requirements of steel 18CrNi3MoA for down-the-hole drill bits and the analysis of the characteristics of the steel,through the control of the purity of the molten steel during the smelting process,the high temperature homogenization treatment in the heating process,the forging deformation method of temperature control and forging,and the reasonable heat treatment process,the 18CrNi3MoA round rod produced has the advantages of high purity,uniform and fine grains,light band segregation,and good mechanical properties,which can meet the requirements of users.
