摘要
采用现代柱齿钻头修磨机和金刚石磨头,能在半分钟至几分钟内修磨一个柱齿,从而使柱齿钻头寿命提高50～100％,钻速恢复到新钻头的水平,而修磨费用不超过钻头价格的1％。本文着重介绍了ZCX—1型修磨机及JRM—1、JRM—2型金刚石杯形磨头。
Now worn out T. C. button bits are very easy to grind with T. C. button bit grinding machine and diamond cup grinding tool within half a minute to several minutes. Thus resulting in increasing of bit service life to about 50 to 100％, the same initial penetration rate as a new one. The cost for grinding is only 1％ to the bit piece ground This paper is mainly deeling with introduction of model ZCK-1 grinding machine and also JRM-1, JRM-2.
