摘要
本文运用弹塑性分析和断裂力学准则对钻头的冷压固齿进行了系统的理论研究,得出了有关固齿参数的设计计算公式。如固齿和凿岩时相邻齿无相互影响的齿孔间距计算公式,齿孔径、过盈量及固齿力间的最优匹配关系计算公式。此外,还通过计算获得了冷压固齿的最佳参数。为钻头设计和固齿工艺提供了重要的理论根据。
Cold-press holding button parameters of button bit have been theoretically studied with both elas-tic-plastic analysis and fracture mechanics. Some design calculation formulas of holding buttons pa-rameters have been attained, such as minimum central distance between neighbouring buttons and fittolerance and pressing pressure, here the minimum central distance means that mutual influences be-tween neighbouring button can be negatived during holding and drilling. Besides, the optimum parame-ters for different buttons of variable diameters have been worked out, also. All those can be used asan important theoretical principle for guiding both button bit design and button holding.
