报导了四特酒蒸馏工艺查定结果,探讨了四特酒蒸馏过程中的提香规律,为四特酒及江西“特”型白酒的生产提供了一定的科学依据。
Experiments on checking up distillatory process of Site Chinese spirit had been condusted, and the rule of extracting bouquet components in distillatory process of Site Chinese spirit had been discussed.Offered scientific date would be benifit to the production of Site Chinese spirit and other Chinese spirits of Site type in Jiangxi.
