摘要
对国家名优白酒香型中最新确立的一大类别──“四特类”香型作了粗浅综述，对我国名优白酒香型研究，尤其是对江西省“四特类”香型白酒的科研、生产有一定的参考作用。
This paper gummarized the characteristics of a new kind of wine bouquet type──Si Te wine bouquet type among the famous Chinese wines.Bouquet types had a useful reference in searching the famous Chinese wine bouquet types and particularly in producing Si Te wine bouquet types of Jiangxi Province scientifically.
