摘要
采用盆栽土培方法,研究生长调节剂DA-6和EDTA强化修复Pb污染土壤及其对黑麦草生理特性的影响。结果表明:EDTA或DA-6单独使用均可提高植物抗性,EDTA使MDA含量增加、根部细胞膜透性提高,而使植物生物量显著下降(P<0.05),相反,DA-6显著提高黑麦草生物量和叶绿素含量,降低MDA含量和根细胞膜透性(P<0.05),其中10μmol/L DA-6作用最为显著。DA-6与EDTA联用的结果表明,DA-6可在一定程度上缓解Pb和/或EDTA对黑麦草的毒害,生物量表现为DA-6单独>DA-6+EDTA>EDTA单独使用。单独使用DA-6或EDTA均显著促进黑麦草对Pb的富集(P<0.05);DA-6和EDTA联用时其协同作用进一步强化黑麦草对Pb的富集(P<0.05),其中,EDTA+10μmol/L DA-6使黑麦草地上部分Pb浓度达到1 603.5mg/kg。因此,10μmol/L DA-6与EDTA联用在强化Pb污染土壤植物修复中具有很好的应用潜力。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of plant growth regulator DA-6 and EDTA on enhancing the remediation of Pb contaminated soil and physiological characteristics of Lolium perenne. The results showed that addition of EDTA or DA-6 strengthened the plant resistance. EDTA alone increased MDA content and root cell membrane permeability of L. perenne, while significantly reduced the plant bio- mass (P〈0.05). On the contrary, DA-6 alone significantly increased plant growth and chlorophyll synthe- sis, while decreased MDA content and root cell membrane permeability (P〈0.05), and the DA-6 dose of 10 μmol/L was the most effective. The combination application of DA-6 and EDTA showed that DA-6 could, to some extent, alleviate the Pb and/or EDTA toxicity to L. perenne. Plant biomass presented the order of DA- 6 alone 〉DA-6+EDTA 〉EDTA alone. In addition, the use of EDTA or DA-6 significantly promoted the Pb accumulation in L. perenne (P〈0. 05). Lead concentration in shoot reached to 1 603.5 mg/kg in the treatment of EDTA+10μmol/L DA-6. Therefore, the application of 10μmol/L DA-6 along with EDTA ap- peared to be a potential approach for phytoremediation of Pb contaminated soil.
