摘要
运用GC/MS,GC分析了鱼油与多烯脂肪酸(PUFA)的脂肪酸组成,建立了鱼油与DHA制品中DHA,EPA的定性与定量方法,鱼油经脱胶、脱酸和脱色处理,色泽大为改观,由原油深黑色、褐色改良为清亮的黄橙色;气味亦大为改善;同时鱼油精制后,其DHA,EPA含量有所提高,精制鱼油的贮藏性能亦得到改善。
In this paper,we have established the analytical methods(including identifica-tion and quantity)of DHA and EPA in fish oil and PUFA through the analysis of fatty acidcomposition of fish oil and PUFA. Refined clear fish oils in yellowish orange color were ob-tained through degumming,neutrialization and bleaching, and the odour of refined fish oilswere improved greatly.The contents of DHA, EPA in refined fish oils increased,their quali-ty for storage improved.
