摘要
对变形链球菌中的远源链球菌(S·Sobrinus)的菌细胞表面抗原及培养上清液中抗原的提取在质与量上进行了比较。结果显示,二者的中抗原总浓度相近似,SDS—PAGE 中的高、低分子量的蛋白条带均处于同一水平位置。故认为二者均为提取抗原的重要来源,但利用菌细胞表面提取抗原则更具有省时、省力、节约经费之优点。
This paper made a comparison of antigenic quanlity and quantity of cell surface and culture medium.The re-sults indicated that the concentration of antigenic protien of cell surface and culture medium was similar by determi-nation and the antigenic protien stripe of high and low molecule weight was in the same position respectively byanalysis with SDS-PAGE.So,the cell surface and culture medium of streptococcus sobrinus were importantsource of the extraction of antigen.But,authors considered that the extraction of antigen of cell surface of strepto-coccus sobrinus can save more time,money and labor.
