棉花洞A型核雄性不育材料花粉发育的细胞形态学观察 被引量:15

摘要 棉花洞A核雄性不育株花粉在发育的全过程中都会发生败育,最早始于现蕾后第5天的花粉母细胞,大量败育在现蕾后第7~8天,即花粉母细胞减数分裂前期1,败育的主要表现是细胞质高度液泡化及出现“胞质穿壁”现象。第10天的四分孢子中散出大量大小不齐、畸形花粉。第15~20天中存在的单核和极少数双核花粉陆续败育。M,不育系花粉败育的时期和表现与洞A不育系基本相似,仅早1天左右。试验观察结果与前人报道洞A不育系花粉败育主要在单核期不一致。 Pollen abortion of male sterile cotton plants in “Dong A”happened during all thestages of pollen development.The abortion began at the pollen mother cell stage,the fifth dayafter budding,but most pollens aborted at the prophase l of meiosis,the 7th to 8th day afterbudding。The abortion is characterised by highly vasculized cytoplasm and presence of “Cy-tomixis”.Numerous different sized and abnormal pollens were spread from the tetrads of 10day development。Uninuclear and few binuclear pollens aborted in succestsion during 15 to 20days after budding,The stage and appearance of the abortion of the male sterile line “MA”are basically similar to those of “DongA”.but one day earlier。This is not in accordance with theprevious report in which the pollen abortion of male sterile line “Dong A”happened mostly at the uninuclear stage。
