摘要 为探讨CGRP对心肌梗塞的影响及其可能的机理,本工作在结扎大鼠或家兔冠状动脉造成的心肌梗塞模型上发现;静脉注射h-CGRP明显改善缺血动物的心功能,缩小心肌梗塞面积,抑制血浆乳酸脱氢酶活性的升高和显著降低心室肌组织血管紧张素Ⅱ的含量。结果提示,CGRP 可能具有治疗急性心肌梗塞的临床应用前景。 In order to investigate the effect of CGRP on myocardial infarction andits possible mechanism, we produced a model of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) byligation of coronary artery in rabbits and rats. It was found that intravenous injection ofCGRP obviously improved the cardiac function of animals with AMI, myocardial infarctareas were limited, increase in plasma lactate dehydrogenase activity inhibited, and thecontent of ventricular myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ were lowered significantly. These resultssuggested that in the treatment of AMI CGRP could have prospective clinical significance.
