摘要
作者通过实验建立了外周血淋巴细胞中镁的分析测试方法。使用自行配制的高纯氯化锂溶液清洗淋巴细胞收到了良好的效果，克服了在微量镁测定中的污染问题。应用该方法对犬实验性心肌梗塞时外周血淋巴细胞镁含量进行了观察，发现呈明显降低趋势（与对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The analytic
measurement of magnesium in peripheral lymphocyte was established inpresent study.LiCl
sclution was used as lymphocyte cleaner,which avoided the polution problemin trace
magnesium measurement. The magnesium concentration change of lymphocyte in
experi-mental myocardial infarction was investigated.The result showed that lymphocyte
magnesium co-ncentration decreased significantly(P<0.05) in Myocardial infarction group.
