摘要
目的:研究降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对急性肾衰竭(ARF)的影响,探讨CGRP和内皮素-1(ET-1)在ARF中的变化和作用。方法:采用肌内注射甘油法复制ARF大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分成实验组、治疗组及对照组,动态观察各组动物肾功能指标,并用放射免疫方法检测大鼠不同时相点血浆CGRP、ET-1水平的变化。结果:治疗组大鼠肾功能明显减轻,实验组血浆CGRP水平明显降低(P<0.05),血浆ET-1水平明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:血浆CGRP、ET-1含量测定可以作为反映肾功能状态和分析ARF病程发展与转归的敏感指标,CGRP对ARF时的肾脏有保护作用。
Objective:To study the effects of CGRP on ARF and to discuss the changes and effects of CGRP and ET-1 ARF. Methods:Rat models were duplieated by intravenous injection of glycerol and were divided into 3 groups ; the ARF group, the experimental group and the ca- trol group. The levels of CGRP and ET-1 in serum were measured by radioimmunity and renal function was evaluated. Results:The renal func- tion of the experimental group deteriorated significanlty, while the level of CGRP decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the level of ET-I increased significantly(P 〈 0. 01 )in serum in the ARF group. Conclusion:The levels of CGRP and ET-1 in serum can reflect the renal functional star as and clinical course in ARF. CGRP has a protective function on the ischemic kidney.
