摘要
本文对未进行放疗及化疗的53名癌瘤患者(食管癌35例、肺癌13例、乳腺癌5例)进行了血清脂蛋白亚组分中胆固醇含量(LDL-C、HDL-C)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的研究。结果表明:患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量都低于正常对照组,有显著性差异,特别是血清 TC 含量,在所测血样品中几乎每个患者含量都在正常平均值以下。患者血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量都高于对照组,有高度显著性差异。患者血清 LDH 总活力及其同工酶谱改变不明显。
Changes of serum concentration of LDL-C,HDL-C,LPO and LDH isoenzymes have been studied in 35 cases of esophagus cancer,13 cases of lung cancer and 5cases of breast cancer before radiotherapeutics and chemotherapy.It showed that serum contents of total cholesterol,HDL-C, LDL-C decreased in cancer patients.There was significant difference if compared with normal control group.The concentration of lipoperoxides (LPO)increased in all patients.There was obvious significant differ- ence.There were no changes in activity of total LDH and LDL isoen- zymes in all patients.
