摘要
目的研究端粒酶和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)基因蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达,探讨其病理临床意义及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化法检测100例食管鳞癌组织和41例食管癌旁正常组织中端粒酶和VEGF基因蛋白的表达,分析其与食管癌的临床分期、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移的关系及其相关性。结果端粒酶和VEGF基因蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达明显高于正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05),在中晚期食管癌组织中的表达高于早期,在侵及纤维膜组中的表达明显高于未侵及纤维膜组,在有淋巴结转移组中的表达高于无淋巴结转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但端粒酶和VEGF基因蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两者的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.436)。结论端粒酶和VEGF基因蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达和临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,两者的表达呈正相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of telomerase and VEGF protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissue and explore their correlation.Methods Telomerase and VEGF protein expression were detected by using SP immunohistochemistry method in 100 cases of ESCC and 41 normal esophageal mucosa and the relation between expression and clinical staging,Tumor size,depth of infiltration and lymph nodemetastasis of ESCC and their correlation were analyzed.Results Expression levels of Telomerase and VEGF protein in ESCC were obviously higher than those in normal esophagealmucosa(P〈0.05).The level was higher in advanced esophageal carcinoma,fibromembranous infiltration group and lymph node metastasis group,than that in early stage,non-fibromembranous infiltration group and group without lymph node metastasis correspondingly(P〈0.05).expression of telomerase and VEGF protein was of no statistical significance in tumor size(P〉0.05),their expression were positively correlated(r=0.436).Conclusion Expression of Telomerase and VEGF protein in ESCC are associated with clinical staging,depth of infiltration and lymph nodemetastasis and are closely correlated.
