摘要
目的了解河南信阳地区低胆固醇血症的患病情况。方法对信阳市7个自然村40岁以上村民进行普查,统计不同年龄、不同性别人群的低胆固醇血症患病率。以血总胆固醇<4.15 mmol/L为诊断标准。结果取得完整数据者共有6136人,其中低胆固醇血症者632人,总患病率10.30%。男性患病率为13.77%,女性患病率为8.48%。以年龄分为4组,分别是40～49岁组、50～59岁组、60～69岁组和大于70岁组。这4组的患病率分别为17.54%、8.76%、8.70%和7.59%。结论年龄和性别对低胆固醇血症患病率有显著影响。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypocholesterolemia in Chinese in Xinyang City, Henan Province. Methods The village people of 7 villages aged higher than 40 years in Xinyang City were surveyed. These samples were used to analyze the prevalence of hypocholesterolemia in different age and sex. Plasma total cholesterol level lower than 4.15mmol/l was used as diagnostic criteria. Results A total of 7058 adults were surveyed and 6136 of them were studied. 632 patients of hypocholesterolemia were found and the prevalence of hypocholesterolemia was 10.30%. The prevalence of hypocholesterolemia was 13.77% and 8.48% in man and women respectively. The prevalence of hypocholesterolemia was 17.54% 8.76% ,8.70% and 7.59% in 40-49,50-59,60-69, ≥70 years of age groups, respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of hypocholesterolemia was influenced significantly by age and sex.
