摘要
研究了奥贝球铁的接触疲劳破坏形式,应用铁谱技术分析了接触疲劳过程。试 验表明:奥贝球铁接触疲劳破坏形式取决于载荷。在重载条件下(寿命小于 5× 106 次),其破坏形式为片状剥落;在轻载条件下,破坏形式为麻点剥落。疲劳裂纹是在 表面石墨空穴的边角处萌生,并向深处扩展。接触疲劳磨损分三个阶段:磨合阶段, 正常磨损阶段及疲劳磨损阶段。应用铁谱技术可以预测寿命。奥氏体的存在对奥贝球 铁接触疲劳性能有不同的影响。
The failure modes of contact fatigue on austempered ductile iron have been researched. Ferrography technology has been applied to analyzing the procedure of contact fatigue. The tests show that the failure modes of contact fatigue on austempered ductile iron depend on the loading. In the case of heavy loading, the failure mode appears as spalling (the fatigue life is less than 5× 106cycles); whereas in the case of light loading, the failure mode appears as pitting. The fatigue creak initiates at the edge of graphite cavity on the surface, then spreads down to subsurface. The wear procedure of contact fatigue can be resolved into three periods, wearing in, normal wearing and fatigue wearing. Ferrography technology can be used to estimate the fatigue life. The austenite has two kinds of effects on the contact fatigue property of austempered ductile iron.
