摘要
本试验研究了不同合金含量的球墨铸铁在铸件凝固后置于岩棉介质中分阶段连续冷却获得的奥-贝型的组织,用此法取取代盐浴等温淬火工艺以达到简化工艺、降低成本的目的。试验加入合金w(Mo)=0.4%、w(Cu)=0.6%、w(Mn)=2% ̄3%,浇工样,凝固后空冷至450℃放入保温介质中,缓慢连续冷却至室温可获得奥-贝型组织,HRC〉47,αk〉26J/cm^2。
To obatain the type of austensite --bainite structure,the process is conducted by stages in continuous cooling after solidification of nodular cast iron. Using such a method,which takes salt bath isothermal hardening over, makes process simplified and cost reduction. It requires additional alloy contents: w (Mo ) ~ 0. 4 %. w(Cu) = 0. 6%. w (Mn) ~ 2%~3% in pouring a sample of 20 mm X 20 mm X 110 mm in size. Cooling the sample inair to the temperature of 450:C after solidification slowly and continuousy cool it to room temperature in thermalinsulation medium. Hence an A --B structure (HRC >47,a* >26 J/cm' )is obtained.
