摘要
在概述了国内外有关刷镀层对基体金属影响的各种论点后,本文列出了曾进行过的快速镍和三价铬刷镀层对45号钢疲劳性能影响的试验方法和实验数据,画出了S-N曲线,作了疲劳断口分析,并测定了表面残余应力。据此,讨论了刷镀层对基体疲劳性能的影响,并认为:刷镀层对基体金属的疲劳性能是有影响的,笼统地提影响极小是不恰当的,在应用之前,应该绘制S-N疲劳曲线作全面比较。
By referring to the opinions at home and abroad about the effect of brush plated deposition on the performance of base metal, the Authors discuss the influence of brush plated depositions on the fatigue performance of base metal and conclud that, as such influence does exist, it is not justifiable to unconditionally hold a view that the influence is very small. In this paper, the method and data gained for quick fatigue test on nickel and trivalent chromium deposit with 45~# Steel as base metal are presented, in which S-N curve has been drawn, and fatigue fracture analysis as well as surface residual stress measurement made, emphasizing that S-N curve should be constructed for judgement before the brush plated deposition is applied.
