摘要
为了扩大奥—贝球铁的应用范围,对用此种球铁制造的后拖曳钩进行了化学成分、热处理方式及工艺参数的试验研究。试验结果表明,奥—贝球铁后拖曳钩的使用寿命高于锻钢后拖曳钩的寿命,且可节约材料费1/3左右。
The experimental investigation on chemical composition, heat treatment and technological parameters of drawbar-hook made of this ADI has been carried out with a purpose of broadening the application of ADI. Test results show that the service life of ADI drawbar-hook is higher than that of forged steel one and besides, it can save the cost of material by about one third.
