摘要
通过水蒸汽蒸馏法分离提取水产品中的甲醛,采用二硝基苯肼衍生-高效液相法测定甲醛含量,确定了有关测定的方法参数.该方法样品蒸馏液检出限为7.20 μg/L,样品中的检出限为0.20 mg/kg,回收率为90.00%~104.48%.方法灵敏度高,专一性强,重复性好,可为水产品甲醛含量监测提供灵敏、准确的分析方法.
A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products by steam distillation and pre-column derivatization was developed. The detection limit was 7.20 μg/L in distillation liquid and 0.20 mg/kg in samples, and recovery was 90.00%~104.48%. The method shows good linear relationship, strong speciality, and good repetition. This method is available to determine the formaldehyde in aquatic products with satisfactory results.
