电液伺服阀的动态性能是由液压系统的工况,电液伺服阀的结构参数决定的,为改善电液伺服阀的动态性能,建立了电液伺服阀快速性、稳定性、稳态误差最优控制目标函数,通过Parseval定理,将函数优化问题转化为变量优化问题,选择电液伺服阀的结构参数作为设计变量,以系统稳定性、快速性、稳态误差最小为目标函数,建立电液伺服阀的结构优化模型,通过优化,获得一组最优结构参数.
The dynamic characteristics of electro hydraulic servo valve were determined by the condition of electro hydraulic system and structure parameters of the electro hydraulic servo valve. In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the electro hydraulic servo valve, Dynamic model of the electro hydraulic servo valve was set up. The objective function of optimal control is deduced so as to enhance capacity to resist sudden change signal though Parseval theorem. We can transform functions optimization into variables optimization. The optimum design model is given by using the objective function of mimizing the accumulated steady error of the system to determine the variables of stucture parameters. An optimal parameter group that satisfied the dynamic characteristics was obtained through minimization.
