摘要
采用Fujii等推荐的推力公式,对金属带式无级变速器夹紧力比与速比的关系进行了理论计算,并设计试验方案,搭建无级变速传动试验台,对国产金属带进行试验研究,然后将试验值与理论值进行对比,得出轴向夹紧力比与速比之间的关系以及扭矩比、带轮转速等对该关系的影响。
In this paper, the thrust formulas recommended by Fujii were used to calculate the relation between thrust ratio and speed ratio. And then the paper designed the testing program, as well as set up a CVT transmission test bed to make the experimental research on domestic metal belt. By comparing the experimental and theoretical values, the effect on the aim relation responding to torque ratio or pulley speed was found.
