剖分变径带式无级变速器传动比波动分析

摘要 剖分变径带式无级变速器在调速过程中存在带长变化的问题,由此会引起传动比和传动带张紧力的变化。在分析剖分变径带式无级变速器工作原理的基础上,推导了传动带带长变化和传动比波动的计算公式。通过优化变速杠杆的杠杆比可以将带长变化引起的传动比波动控制在很小的范围内,通过张紧弹簧可以补偿因带长变化引起的传动带张紧力的变化。 There is a problem of belt length change in transmission ratio regulation for split variable diameter belt CVT.The belt length change causes transmission ratio fluctuation and belt tension change.The working principle of split variable diameter belt CVT was introduced.The calculation formulas on transmission ratio fluctuation and belt length change were then derived.Transmission ratio fluctuation caused by belt length variation stays in small range through optimizing the lever ratio of regulation lever.Belt tension variation resulting from belt length variation is compensated by using tension spring.
