新型剖分变径链式CVT虚拟样机

摘要 传统的无级变速器存在金属带式CVT直母线偏移的问题,而新型剖分变径链式CVT突破了传统的CVT结构方式。文章分析了新型剖分变径链式CVT的传动原理,在用CATIA建立的主传动部分三维模型的基础上,通过转换软件MSC.Simdesigner把其导入到ADAMS中,建立虚拟样机,进行动力学仿真分析,研究其传动特性,验证了该CVT传动方案的可行性。表明提出的剖分变径链式CVT设计方案,可以传递更大的转矩,消除了金属带式CVT直母线偏移的问题,为其物理样机的研制奠定了一定的理论基础。 The traditional continuously variable transmission has the offset problem of metal belt-CVT, which has been overcome by using the new split and variable-radius CVT. This paper analyzes the transmission principle of the new split and variable-radius CVT. Firstly, a three-dimensional model of CVT is established by adopting CATIA. Based on the conversion software MSC.Simdesigner, a three-dimensional model is transformed into ADAMS. Then, its virtual prototype is created. In order to research on the dynamic simulation and the transmission characteristics of the CVT, the feasibility of the transform scheme is verified. The design proposal of split and variable radius CVT in this paper can transmit more torque and eliminate the offset problem of the belt-CVT. Thus, it provides the theoretical foundation for producing the actual prototype.
