摘要
高速凸轮机构在机械产品中发挥的作用日趋明显。这里并以弹性理论为基础,建立了高速凸轮机构的动力学模型,分析了高速凸轮机构动力学模型的运动方程式,并通过正弦加速度运动规律得到了凸轮机构输出端的动态响应,找到了确定凸轮机构输出端运动规律的方法,为凸轮廓线的设计奠定了基础。
Gradually, the high-speed cam mechanism produces a marked e ffect in mechanical product. In this paper, According to the theory of elastici ty, the dynamics model of the high-speed mortar pump was established, and th e equation of movement was analyzied, and the dynamic response of the cam mecha nism fan-out was found with the rule of sinusoid acceleration, and the method of making sure the fan-out movement rule of the cam mechanism was found, and these provide a fire-new idea for the research of the mortar pump.
