摘要
后靠规定位机构是影响模切机模切精度的重要机构之一.为了找出机构对纸张模切质量的影响因素,在合理假设条件下采用集中质量法建立并简化了机构的动力学模型,并对高速工况下后靠规的动态响应进行了求解,得到了模切机在两种不同转速下后靠规的动态响应曲线.通过对曲线进行分析表明:随着机器工作转速的提高,后靠规的定位精度有变差趋势.
Back gauge is one important mechanism which influences on positioning precision of mouldcutting machine. To find related factors influencing the quality of paper mould-cutting, the article establishes a dynamic model of back gauge positioning mechanism based on lump-mass method in reasonable hypothesis condition. With the model, the dynamic respond of back gauge at high-speed is soluted, the respond curve of two rotate speeds is obtained. Dynamic analysis illuslrates..The positioning precision becomes worse with the increase of rotate speed of machine.
