摘要
根据一大类要求动态响应特性较好的中高速凸轮的需要，提出一种新型的通用简谐梯形组合凸轮曲线。用这种组合曲线可以构造出不仅加速度连续，而且跃度也连续的运动规律，可以构造出加速度变号处的理论碰撞速度为零的运动规律，与传统的简谐梯形组合曲线相比，这都可以大大地改善动态性能，降低残余振动幅度，所编制的计算机程序具有较强的通用性，便于对各种不同方案进行比较和优选。
According to the demand of high-speed cam mechanisms.for superior dynamicperformances,this paper proposes a new type of universal sinusoidal-trapezoidal motion curve.This unsym metric curve has a continuous jerk and a zero theoritical impact velocity at themidstroke.Comparing with the traditional sinusoidal-trapezoidal motions,it can impro ve the dy- namic performances greatly and reduce the residual vibration dlamatically.The computer pro-gramme is of generality and of convenience to use in selecting the best combination of parameters.
