摘要
目的 探讨兔肝脏介入实验中DSA图像的影响因素及处理措施。材料与方法 分析 6 0只次大白兔肝动脉造影栓塞前后的DSA图像。结果 大白兔肝动脉造影图像中 ,优者 4 8只次 (80 % ) ;良者 9只次 (15 % ) ;差者 3只次 (5 % )。结论 动物术前准备、术中呼吸运动的控制、对比剂的适当应用、滤过材料的选择、术后图像的后处理等对保证动物实验中的DSA图像质量具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the factors affecting the DSA imaging quality in the rabbit hepatic intervention experiment. Materials and Methods DSA imaging quality of 60 rabbits' hepatic arterioangiography before and after embolization was analyzed.Results Of the 60 hepatic arterioangiograms, image quality was judged as excellent in 48 cases (80%), good in 9 cases (15%) and poor in 3(5%).Conclusion The key points to assure DSA image quality in rabbit intervention experiments are ample preparations, effective breath control, proper anesthesia and excellent post processing of the acquired data.
