摘要
目的 建立Vx 2兔移植性肝癌改良模型。方法 将Vx 2瘤粒经剖腹直接种植于肝实质内 ,依观察时间不同分成 3组 ,每组 10只 ,种植后分别观察 2、3、4周 ,对比观察其病理形态学和影像学表现。结果 15只种植成功 ,种植 2周组各项观察指标最为满意。结论 以瘤粒肝内种植方式、2周后可成功建立Vx 2兔移植性肝癌模型。
Objective To establish an improved model of Vx-2 transplanted hepatic carcainoma in rabbit liver. Methods A piece of tumor tissue was implanted into the rabbit's liver via laparotomic route. 30 models were equally divided into three groups with different observation times, ranging for 2、3、4 weeks, respectively. The histopathologic and imaging findings among the three groups were compariatively studied. Results 15 of 30 models were successfully transplanted. The 2 weeks transplanted group showed the most satisfactory results. Conclusion By means of tumor particle implanting, the Vx-2 transplanted hepalic carcinoma model in rabbit can be achieved within two weeks.
