摘要
啤酒酵母回收及综合利用是将啤酒发酵罐中多余的酵母泥进行固液分离,以回收啤酒和酵母。本技术的特点是对回收啤酒进行精滤以保证质量,在宣化啤酒厂的生产性试验表明:使用本技术对啤酒厂降低生产成本、减少酒损、减轻污水排放负荷具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The beer and yeast are recovered from yeast slurry by solid-liquid separation process. The feature of the process is application of membrane microfiltration in recovered beer to ensure its qulity. The production tests in Xuanhua brewery show that this process has obvious good economics and social benefit with lower production cost,reduction in process lose and decrease in effluent charge.
