摘要
通过实验,探讨了铸铁机械加工表面粗糙度对其抗氧化性、耐热冲击性的影响,得出铸铁的抗氧化性及抗热冲击性并不总是随机械加工表面粗糙度值的减小而提高,而是在Ra为6.3~3.2(即5~6)时有一最佳值的结论。同时还研究了试样表面镀铬与其抗氧化性之间的关系。
The article studies the effect of the machining surface roughness on oxidation resistance and resistance to thermal cycling of the cast iron through experiment. It is concluded that the oxidation resistance and thermal cycling resistance of cast iron does not always improve as surface roughness reduces, it has a best value when Ra is between 6.3 and 3.2. Meanwhile this paper also investigated the relationship between chromium plating and oxidation resistance of cast iron.
