铈在Fe-6Al-3.5C-1.3Si耐热铸铁中的作用

摘要 研究了稀土元素Ce对Fe-6Al-3.5C-1.3Si铸铁的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Ce的加入改善了合金的室温强度和塑性,并在合金中起到脱硫、脱氧,抑制晶粒长大,使石墨球化等作用。通过850℃恒温氧化动力学曲线测定及氧化膜分析查明,Ce改变了氧化模的结构和相组成,增加了氧化膜的粘附性,提高了合金的抗氧化性能。 Effects of cerium on the microstrutures and mechanical properties of Fe-6Al-3.5C-1.3Si cast iron were investigated. Results indicated that cerium improves the ambient temperature strength and ductility, and has the effects of deoxidation, desulphurization, grain refining, suppressing growth of grains, and nodulizing graphite. It was found out by measuring the kinetic curves of thermostatic oxi dation of alloys at 850℃ and analyzing the oxide film of alloys that cerium changed the structures and phase constitution of oxide film, increased its adhesiveness and improved anti-oxidation properties of alloys.
