摘要
实行校院两级管理是高校深化体制改革的一项重要措施。高校学生工作面临新的形势,必然出现新的情况、新的问题,产生新的挑战和新的任务。文章从校院两级管理体制下学生工作的实际情况入手,从提高学生工作绩效的原则出发,在更新观念、指导服务、评价激励、提高学生工作绩效的基本思路等方面提出了新的见解。
It is important to adopt a two-level (university and college) management system in the process of pushing ahead the reforms of institutions of higher education. Students management in universities and colleges faces new situations with new problems. Thus, new challenges and new tasks emerge. To improve the students management, this paper states some opinions of the changing ideas, instructing service under new circumstances.
