摘要
目的 研究宁心宝对糖尿病患者尿液微量蛋白的影响 ,探讨其对肾脏的保护作用。方法 将 10 9例2型糖尿病患者分为观察组 5 6例和对照组 5 3例 ,两组均给予常规治疗 ,观察组在此基础上口服宁心宝胶囊 ,3粒/次 ,3次 /d,连服 2个月 ,测量两组治疗前后尿液白蛋白 (A 1b)、转铁蛋白 (TRF)、N-乙酰 -β- D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的含量。结果 观察组治疗后尿液 A1b、TRF、NAG均明显降低 ,与对照组比较 ,P分别 <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1,<0 .0 5。结论 宁心宝胶囊对糖尿病致肾脏损伤有保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Ningxinbao on kidney lesion caused by diabetes mellitus.Methods 109 cases of 2 type Diabetes Mellitus were divided into observed group (56 cases) and control group (53 cases).On the basis of routine therapy,observed group took Ningxinbao.Urinary A1b,TRF and NAG activity were measured before and after therapy.Results Urinary,A1b,TRF and NAG Activity decreased significantly (P<0.05,<0.01,<0.05 respectively) in observed group.Conclusion Ningxinbao has protective function on kidney lesion caused by Diabetes Mellitus.
