摘要
利用离体灌注肾(IPK)技术,观察了冬虫夏草(虫草)对肾脏的直接作用。结果表明,虫草的作用与其浓度有密切关系;当虫草液浓度为0.5g/L时,能明显增加实验组的菊糖清除率,降低其血管阻力;同时虫草实验组的钠钾离子转运量明显增加;1.0g/L的虫草则对菊糖清除率影响不明显,而血管阻力呈降低趋势。此外,虫草实验络的乳酸脱氢酶释放率低于对照组。而其葡萄糖异生能力明显优于对照组,肾皮质匀浆中MDA含量亦呈减少的超过。说明虫草除去能明显影响肾血流动力学外.还能改善肾组织能量代谢,减轻细胞的损伤。
he object of this investigation was totest the
effects of CS on the isolated per-fused rat kidney(IPK). It could increase in-ulin clearance,
decrease resistance of renalvessels, improve the net reabsorption ofsodium and
potassium,and enhance the netglucose production , but reduce the release oflactic
dehydrogenase. It was concluded thatCS could not only change the renal hemody-namics, but
also improve the energymetabolism and decrease the cellular injury.
