摘要
在对萃取压力、温度、时间、二氧化碳流量单因素分析的基础上,对温度、压力、二氧化碳流量、时间四个因素进行了正交实验,确定了超临界萃取的最佳工艺参数为萃取温度 35℃、萃取压力 15Mpa、CO_2流量 30kg/h、萃取时间 2.5 h。
On the basis of analyzing extraction pressure, temperature, time and the flux of carbon dioxide, diagonal intersection experiment were carried. The technological parameter of four supercriticality extractions optimum was confirmed as followed:temperature was 35℃, extraction pressure was 15 Mpa, time was 2.5 h and the flux of carbon dioxide was 30 kg/h.
