摘要
采用超临界流体萃取法,以二氧化碳为萃取剂,分离蛋黄粉中的蛋黄油。研究了对萃取卵磷脂的质量有重大影响的工艺参数:萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、二氧化碳流量等因素,确定了最佳工艺过程和工艺参数,制得纯度在95%以上的卵磷脂产品。
Supercritical fluid extraction was adopted to separate yolk oil from yolk powder with CO2 as the extractant. The technological parameters (extraction pressure, temperature, operation time and CO2 mass flow), which have great effect on the quality and purity of lecithin, were studied. The optimum technological process and parameters were identified, with which product with a purity of more than 90% was obtained.
