摘要
目的探讨大蒜油软胶囊对小鼠机体免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组和溶剂对照组,每组12只。低、中、高剂量组和溶剂对照组分别灌服0.08、0.15、0.45 g/kg剂量的大蒜油及溶剂(大豆油),1次/d,连续30 d,然后测定相关免疫指标。结果高剂量组的24 h足趾肿胀度显著高于溶剂对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中剂量组的Con A诱导的脾细胞细胞增殖能力强于溶剂对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组Con A诱导的脾细胞细胞增殖能力显著强于溶剂对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中剂量组的溶血空斑数和半数溶血值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高剂量组的溶血空斑数和半数溶血值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大蒜油软胶囊可明显提高小鼠机体的免疫力。
Objective To explore the influence of garlic oil soft capsule on immune function of mice body. Methods The mice were randomly divided into the low,medium and high dose group and the control group,12 mices in each group.The low,medium and high dose group and the control group were irrigated garlic oil with the dosage of0.08,0.15,0.45 g/kg and solvent（soybean oil） respectively,once a day for 30 consecutive days.The immune index was tested. Results The 24 h toes swelling degree in the high dose group was higher than that in the control group,with significant differemnce（P〈0.01）.Spleen cell lymphocyte proliferation ability induced by Con A in the medium dose group was stronger than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Spleen cell lymphocyte proliferation ability induced by Con A in the high dose group was significantly stronger than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The number of haemolytic empty spots,the value of half hemolysis in the medium dose group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The number of haemolytic empty spots,the value of half hemolysis in the higher dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Garlic oil soft capsule can significantly improve the immunity of mice body.
