摘要
在氯化聚氯乙烯三氯化铁催化剂存在下,由异戊醇与乳酸反应合成了乳酸异戊酯.当 0.1mol乳酸、0.3mol异戊醇和 0.50g催化剂一起回流加热60min,产品收率96.9%,同时研究 了氯化聚氯乙烯三氯化铁的重复使用性能.
In the paper, the catalyst of Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride-ferric chloride(CPVC-FeCl3) was ubed in the synthesis of isopentyl lactate. Isopentyrl alcohol can react with lactic acid in the presence of CPVC-FeCl3 to yield isopentyl lactate. Thus a mixture of 0.1mol lactic acid, 0.3 mol isopentylalcohol and 0.5g catalyst was heated for 60 min at refluxing temperature, the rate of yield was at 96.9%. Meanbime, the reusability of CPVC-FeCl3 was studied.
