摘要
本文研究了以正辛醇为原料,采用常温、常压下催化脱氢的方法制备正辛醛的工艺过程。收率高,选择性好。并讨论了各种因素对过程的影响,用正交设计法确定了最佳工艺条件。
The preparation of octaldehyde by catalysis dehydrogenation of octyl alcohol at room temperature and norrmal pressure was investigated in this paper. The effect of several factors on the dehydrogenatio was discussed, and the optimal reaction conditions were determined by means of orthogonal experiments and variance analysis. The results of experiments show that the process has advantages such as high recovery rate and selectivity and soon.
