摘要
无花果是一种古老而又新兴的果树,其营养丰富,药用价值和保健价值高,经济效益好。本文从无花果种质资源、营养价值、生理活性物质和栽培技术等方面进行了概述,并对无花果产业的发展提出问题和建议。
Fig （Ficus carica L. ） is one of ancient but a new tree species with superior economic worth in China, and possesses a- bundant nutritive value, medical and health care value. The germplasm resources, nutritive value, active physiological materials and cultivation techniques of fig were summarized in this paper. The problems, the way to settle them and the practical prospects were also discussed. It could provide a basis for the development and utilization of fig.
