摘要
目的:研究蛇床子素的抗凝血作用。方法:通过测定小鼠凝血时间(CT)、大鼠的凝血酶原时间(PT)和优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT),观测蛇床子素的抗凝作用。结果:蛇床子素能显著处长CT、PT,缩短ELT。结论:蛇床子素具有明确的抗凝血作用。
Objective： To preliminary staudy the effect of osthol on anticoagulation. Method： Coagulaton time（CT）, prothrombin time（PT） and englobulin lysis time（ELT） were used to evaluate the anticoagultation activities of osthol. Result： It was found that osthol could significantly delayed CT and PT and decreased ElT. Conclnsion： Osthol can prolong CT and PT, and shorten ELT, indicating its unambiguous effect on blood anticoagulation.
