本文研究了在溴化十六烷基吡啶和乳化剂OP存在下,钴与邻氯苯基萤光酮的高灵敏显色反应。在pH 10.0的硼砂-NaOH缓冲溶液中,可立刻形成组成比为1:2的络合物。其最大吸收峰波长在613.5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.85×10~5(L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1))。有色络合物至少在12h内稳定,25 mL 0~14μg钴遵守比耳定律。研究了共存离子的影响。方法已应用于维生素B_(12)中微量钴的测定。
A highly sensitive colour reaction of cobalt with o-chlorphenylfluorone in thepresence of CPB and OP has been studied. The complex is formed immediately in Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH buffer solution at pH 10 with a composition ratio of 1:2. Its absorption maximum is at613.5 nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.85×10~5. The colour complex is stable in12 hours at least. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~14μg/25 mL of cobalt. The inter-ference of foreign ions has been studied. The method has been applied to the determination ofmicro amount of cobalt in vitamin B_(12) with satisfactory results.
