摘要
本文研究了苦胺酸偶氮变色酸与钴的反应条件,在氨性介质中试剂与钴形成1:1的蓝色配合物,在645nm波长处具有最大吸收,对比度为85nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.95×10~4,钴量在0~20μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.反应有很高的选择性,大量的镍不影响测定.试剂用于钢铁中微量的钴的测定,获得满意的结果.
In ammoniacal medium, cobalt reacts with picramazochrom to form a 1 : 1 blue complex, having an absorption maximum at 64Snm. Under the conditions employed, the molar absorptivity was found to be 2.95x104 at 64Snm and Beer's law is obeyed for 5-20ug/25ml Most of metal ions do not interfere with the determination of cobalt. The method was applied to the determination of cobalt in steels with satisfactory results.
