摘要
目的了解广西的医院感染管理现状,加强对医疗机构感染控制工作的监督管理。方法制定统一表格以现场检查和询问相结合的方式,然后对照卫生部的相关要求,统计分析。结果受检单位的领导对医院感染控制工作较为重视,成立了感染控制机构,但配备的感染管理控制专职人员不合理;部分受检科室无明确的消毒隔离制度;省市级医疗机构均能开展消毒效果监测,县级以下医疗机构消毒效果监测工作落实不甚理想,医务人员对医院感染控制知识缺乏;设置的发热门诊布局距卫生部要求相差较远;乡镇医疗机构的医疗废弃物未进行无害化处理的情形较为普遍。结论广西控制医院感染管理工作有待进一步加强卫生监督管理。
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of the program in the medical units for inspection and controlling the nosocomial infection of SARS. METHODS A table of surveillance system has been established which combined the present situation of inspection and QA data, then according to the requirement concerned from Ministry of Health, PRC to take a statistic analysis. RESULTS Generally, the leaders who in the surveyed units paid more attention on the program and set up a special department were dealing with the program, but the professional personnel in this department was unsuitable, and there were no normal disinfection and isolation system in some partial inspected division. The disinfection and inspection division had set up in the medical units of the provincial and city＇s level, but their routine business couldn＇t match to the requirement. In the medical units of the counties as well as the grass root level, their medical personnel were lack of the basic knowledge of the infection control, it should be strengthening the professional education program for this level medical personnel. The distribution of the clinics for fever of unknown （FOU） patient was not match to the requirement of Ministry of Health. And the disinfection treatment and the waste disposal system in the township and villagers medical units had to be set up. CONCLUSIONS The management for controlling the nosocimial infection among the medical units should be to take a further intensification.
