摘要
本文从地理、历史、政策、健康和劳动力市场等方面,探讨导致我国地区之间人力资本收益差异的原因。提出促进西部地区人力资本形成,实施创新性的地区发展战略和完善劳动力市场等缩小地区之间人力资本收益差距的政策措施。
This paper tries to explore the causes for revenue disparity of human capital between East and West China, arrives at some preliminary findings on the barriers to economic growth in China's interior provinces,and presents that fostering human capital, implementing creative measures and ameliorating labor market are alternative choices.
