摘要
改革开放以来 ,东、中、西部的经济发展水平存在着巨大的差距。许多经济学家从不同角度对此进行了研究 ,而人力资本在我国东、中、西部经济发展中的作用成为当前的一个热点。人力资本理论已证明人力资本在经济增长中的巨大作用。因此有必要对我国东、中、西部人力资本存在的现状以及对区域经济发展产生差异的原因进行分析 ,从而得出加大人力资本投资和投资结构的调整对协调区域经济发展有重要作用。
A deep gap has existed in the economic development of China between different regions since reform and opening. Many economists has maode research on this problem from different perspectives, and the human capital has become the focus of the research. The theory of human capital has confirmed that human capital plays a great role in economic growth. So it is important to research on the actualities of different regions' human capital stocks and analyze the reasons for differences in regional economic development.It is concluded that increase in the investment of human capital and the change of investment structure will have a profound impact on regional economic development.
